Kinkead Ridge's 2004 Cabernet Franc was rated one of the Top 100 Exciting Wines in the World in the 2008 Wine Report paperback, by British wine writer and editor of the New Sotheby's Wine Encyclopedia, Tom Stevenson. Only 11 other American wineries made the list. This is the second time Kinkead Ridge has made this prestigious list; the 2003 Viognier/Roussanne received the same accolade in the 2006 Wine Report.
